Students are requested to note that making a complaint is serious and therefore we trust that they will use this power in a responsible manner. Please note, the college assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity, confidentiality and significance.

University Students Grievances Redressal Committee is based on the principle of ‘being heard and treated fairly’ for everyone. It involves a process of in-depth investigation for each matter.

Steps to register grievance online.

  • 1Students who are registered on the portal may lodge a grievance by logging in through their username / phone number.
  • 2If not already registered, please register yourself on our portal by clicking on the tab ‘Register’. It is mandatory to provide all your details mentioned in the form.
  • 3After logging in with your username / phone number, complete the grievance registration form.
  • 4You will be allotted a grievance registration number, once the form is submitted.
  • 5You may track the progress of your grievance by clicking on ‘view grievance status’.
  • 6An acknowledgement and resolution details will be sent to the email id. Given during registration.
  • 7The turnaround time for acknowledgement of grievance is 3 working days & for resolution of complaint is 15 working days from date of receipt of the grievance.

Exclusions

However, keeping the seriousness and rules of the institution in mind, below are the exclusions of the Committee. These matters will not be addressed by the Committee.
